Become a Wittyer

A Wittyer is you, the person responsible for publishing digital content on the platform (a designer, maker, artist, creator of content, freestyle artist, organization or company).

Wittystore.com registered users with an approved “Wittyer Profile” (“Wittyers”) may upload and post content to the website.

This content may be in the form of uploading files and written information (such as profile information and item description, for example choosing between “Use”: Virtual Reality (VR) * 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing * Animation * 3D Rendering * Augmented reality (AR) * Mixed Reality (MR) * Gaming * Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) * 3D Models content).

Wittyer Account, Password & Security: Upon completing the Wittystore Service’s registration process, you will be designated a "Wittyer" account with a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and/or Wittyer account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Setting the prices of items: As a Wittyer, you are responsible for setting the prices for your items. You must make all pricing decisions independently, and discussions about your pricing decisions (including with other Wittyers) are not permitted under any circumstances.

You represent and warrant that any material uploaded or posted is your original creation, or you have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to submit such content and can lawfully grant Wittystore.com the rights required in such content.

You further represent and warrant that you shall not uploaded content that breaches third party rights, or is otherwise illegal for you to possess where you are located or would be unlawful if displayed or offered for download on the website.

Wittystore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel a “Wittyer” account registrations or otherwise restrict access to the website in its absolute discretion.

Royalty. How does it work?

There are no fees to publish your 3D products on Wittystore.com.

An approved Wittyer account is assigned with a 80% - €0.35 Royalty Option.

Your royalty, “the amount” we will pay to you after one of your products is sold, will be 80% of the list price without VAT, less €0.35 for each sale on Wittystore.com.

For example: if your 3D model price is set at €20.00 you will receive a payment from us of €15.65.

Wittystore handles all sales to the consumer (sales, advertisement, returns, payments, VAT charges where applicable).

They set the terms and conditions of sale. The rights holder is granting Wittystore the licence to make sales. 3D models/contents sales are made via Wittystore.com platform. Wittystore.com operate worldwide from Europe. Your items can be discovered also in other languages.

Price

When submitting the 3D model/product via the dashboard, the Wittyer can set a recommended price for every product. The designer can also submit an item without price. In this case it will be downloadable for free and no royalties apply. In some cases eg. discounts, special prices, promotions, Wittystore may ask you the permission to set a different price.

Prices listed on wittystore.com are indicated in € Euros, £ British ponds and U$ dollars. We are planning to include also other currencies in the next future. Payments if not specifically requested by the Wittyer, will be made in the currency selected by the buyer when downloading the 3D model.

Prices are displayed before tax. When a product is added to the cart, prices become all taxes included.

For buyers from the European Union, buyer's Country VAT applies to the entire price of the purchased digital good before tax. For residents buyers outside the EU, VAT is not applicable. Where applicable, VAT registered EU buyers (Ireland excluded) can set a business account in order to purchase certain goods and avoid VAT charged during the checkout and in the invoice (You need to contact us first).

Payment Terms

Payment is made online via the secure payment module PayPal (Europe) Ltd. for payment by "Paypal account". To withdraw its balance, a Wittyer need to wait a period of 15 days from the account creation and earn at least €10.

On Wittystore Dashboard, a Wittyer, can see all transactions related with his/her products and ask for a payout. The credit card number and expiration date are encrypted and sent to the company PayPal (Europe) Ltd.

Wittystore.com is a secured website for payments with encryption method SSL (Secure Socket Layer), Wittystore or third parties cannot access to it.

In particular, Wittystore does not serve technical means in the transmission of payment data. The same information will not be reused.

The order amount is debited to the buyer at the time of validation of the order by Wittystore.

Data recorded and stored by Wittystore constitute proof of the order and all transactions. Data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of financial transactions.

Payment history is available on the website of Wittystore into the personal space of the buyer.

Buyers and Wittyers agree that no financial transaction involving the digital products uploaded on the site Wittystore.com can be made between these two parts without going through Wittystore. Both parties undertake to deliver accurate and valid bank information to Wittystore. Wittystore is not responsible for any problems related to the transaction services online payment. The User/Wittyer must ask these services.

Modifications of The Service

Wittystore reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, whole or parts, with or without prior notice, at any time. You agree that Wittystore shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
