DELIVERY TIMES, TAXES AND SHIPPING

Our shippings are focused on the European area, but we ship also worldwide. If you are based in Europe, please consider that most of our products are shipped from Ireland or UK and you will not pay any Custom Duties if your shipping location is an EU member Country. Dispatch times don't include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on delivery service and buyer location.

For ordered products, shipping time vary depending on product and supplier. Normally ordered items will be ready to be shipped in 5-7 days. In case of delays we will keep you informed on the status of your order.

For preordered products. Delivery time cannot be calculated in advance with precision and depends on supplier product release date.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR 3D SYSTEMS PERSONAL PRODUCS

The warranty for Cube, CubeX, CubePro and EKOCYCLE™ Cube® 3D printers is 90 days from the date of purchase, and the warranty for the Sense, iSense 3D scanners and Touch 3D stylus is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Once shipped, the Cube, CubeX , CubePro, Sense, iSense, EKOCYCLE™ Cube®, Touch 3D stylus cannot be returned for a refund or other form of credit. Please contact 3D Systems’ warranty hotline for any return to repair or replace a defective Cube, CubeX , CubePro, Sense or iSense, EKOCYCLE™ Cube®, Touch 3D stylus during the applicable warranty period.

PRODUCT WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR M3D PRODUCS

WITTYSTORE is an authorised distributor for M3D LLC in Europe. M3D provides a limited warranty of 90 days to end-users for “The Micro Standard Version”, and an extended warranty of 1 year for the “The Micro Retail Version”.

On purchased M3D products WITTYSTORE, may provide to its customers with assistance.

However by completing a transaction related to any new M3D product on our website, and by clicking the “continue” button, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms in its entirety, and accepted the M3D LLC end-user agreement available at the following address: http://www.wittystore.com/M3D-Customer-Agreement

RETURNS AND REFUNDS OTHER WITTYSTORE PRODUCTS

If you receive the wrong product or your product is defective please contact us immediately. Products must be returned within 10 days from the receipt. Items to be acceptable for a refund have to be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returning the item will be paid by the buyer. If we are not able to dispatch the item due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided immediately. We reserve the right to check and test the product received back to verify the fault and then provide a replacement, exchange or refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that: your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wittystore expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Wittystore makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements; the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and any errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Wittystore or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Wittystore shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Wittystore has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: the use or the inability to use the service; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.

No spam

Wittystore may immediately terminate any account which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any "spam" or other unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay Wittystore liquidated damages of euro ten (€10.00) for each time a spam incident is traced to your Wittystore account.

By entering in our website, you agree that images you submit may be used by Wittystore.com solely for marketing and promotional purposes of this product or future campaign and no other purpose, these uses include; displaying the entries on the website, promotion of the product and the Wittyer, cropping and resizing the image as necessary to fit pre-defined formats for the platform (social media, website, forums, blogs).

Wittystore respects Wittyers rights and does not claim copyright over images submitted to this website, you the author retain full copyright in each entry. Whenever your image is published by Wittystore you will be credited. Failure to publish a credit due to error or oversight shall not be deemed a breach of this condition.

Modifications of The Service

Wittystore reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, whole or parts, with or without prior notice, at any time. You agree that Wittystore shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
